JD Home Healthcare provides compassionate, person-centered services to individuals with disabilities across Minnesota. We’re currently seeking a Behavioral Analyst to support our in-home programs by developing and overseeing individualized Positive Support Transition Plans (PSTPs) in alignment with MN Statute 245D and Rule 9544.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data.
  • Develop, implement, and revise Positive Support Transition Plans (PSTPs).
  • Train and consult with staff on PSTPs, emergency interventions (EUMR), and person-centered practices.
  • Monitor plan effectiveness and modify supports based on progress and data.
  • Attend team meetings and collaborate with case managers, guardians, and service teams.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with DHS licensing requirements.
  • Provide debriefing and data review following behavioral incidents.
  • Maintain ongoing education in trauma-informed care and positive supports.

Qualifications Required:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related field.
  • One of the following credentials:
  • BCBA (or eligible)
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in Minnesota
  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Meets 245D Designated Coordinator or Designated Manager qualifications if supervising.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health diagnoses.
  • Strong understanding of MN Rule 9544 and 245D regulations.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in trauma-informed care, person-centered planning, and staff training.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., Therap).

Work Environment

  • Travel between program sites required.
  • Occasional evening/weekend availability for emergency consults or trainings.
  • Hybrid work options available depending on program needs.

Status: Exempt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
